How it works; Velo Fromage will make several cheese suggestions, from which we collectively make selections and pairings. The day of the event we deliver the cheese and serve it for the duration of the event typically 3 hours. We ask that shops pay for the cheese that is cut for the event. The cheese is yours, we are merely presenting it for you. After the event any cheese that is left over is yours to use how ever you see fit. In the quote we will build in a projection of margins for suggested retail of cheese plates based on number of plates sold.
During the pop-up we will operate as a mobile cheese shop and independently have accoutrement and pre-wrapped cheese wedges to sell direct to customers.
